圖為閥座全開時連續排水能量表,因疏水閥使用動作是時開時關。所以在計算排水量時須以實際排水量乘 2 . 5 倍安全係數 0 內的數字寫榜數

(PSlG)The chart shown shows the Condensate Continuous Discharge Capacity when the seat valves are opened up. Since the Steam Trap is operated off and on; therefore, when calculating the condensate discharge volume, the volume shall be multipled by 2.5 times, as Security Coefficient, and such volume shall be expressed in pound (PSIG)

舉例 (A)

某熱交換器使用壓力為 6kg/c㎡ 排水量每小時 400kg/hr 在密閉式回收情況下背壓為 2kg/ c㎡ 。

6kg/c㎡, -2kg/c㎡=4kg/c㎡( 壓差 )
400kg/hr x 2.5( 安全係數 )=1000kg/hr( 排水量 )
選擇時必須適合 6k/cm2-1000kg/hr

& 4kg/c㎡-1000kg/hr ,以防無背壓時在 6kg/c㎡ 也能動作。
如圖顯示,在 12B 、 012 、 5012 、 70 磅及 125 磅 (PSIG) 均可。

Example (A)

The operation pressure of a heat-exchanger is 6kg/cm2, the condensate discharge measures 400kg/hr, the rear pressure under the closed recolection condition is 2 kg/cm2.

Pressure Difference: 6 kg/c㎡ - 2kg/c㎡ = 4 kg/c㎡
The Condensate Discharge Volume :
400 kg/hr x 2.5 (S.C.) = 100 kg/hr
when choosing a steam trap, make sure it is fully capable of functioning normally under the rear pressure of 6kg/c㎡ to adapt to:

6kg/c㎡ - 1000kg/hr and 4kg/c㎡ - 1000 kg/hr
The Fig. shown for 12B, 012, 5012, either 70 or 125 pounds (PSIG) is appropriate.

舉例 (B)

某汽水分離器壓 4kg/cm ,每小時實際排水量為 1000kg/hr 1000kg/hr x 2.5 安全係數 -2500kg/hr , 自 2500 kg/hr 劃一橫線,自 12kg/cm2 劃一直線與橫線交會點為座標點。在如圖顯示在向 14B 、 014 、 5014 x 180 磅 (PSlG)

Example (B)

Under pressure of 4 kg/cm2 the actual water discharge volumn of the Steam/Water Separator shall be 1,000 kg/hr. 1.000 kg/hr x 2.5 S.C. = 2,500 kg/hr. Draw a horizontal line at 2,500kg/hr and a vertical line which comes across the horizontal line, and the two lines from a ___ point, the point is shown at 14B. 014. 5014 x 180 Lbs (PSIG).
